Booking Policy
- All bookings must be made in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.
- 50% of the total amount is required as an advance payment at the time of booking to confirm your slot.
- The remaining 50% balance is to be paid at the venue after your event is completed.
- Your slot is only confirmed once the advance payment is received and a booking reference is issued.
- For groups of 10 or more guests, please contact us directly for a custom arrangement.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Bookings are non-refundable under any circumstances once confirmed.
- In the event of a cancellation by the customer, the advance amount paid will not be refunded.
- If Celebration Point is unable to fulfil a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the booked slot and are subject to availability.
Venue Rules & Conduct
- Fire blasts, paper blasts, or any pyrotechnics are strictly not permitted inside the venue.
- Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the venue, staff, and other guests at all times.
- Any damage caused to decorations, props, furniture, or venue property will be charged to the customer at actual cost.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless prior approval has been obtained.
- The venue must be vacated promptly at the end of the booked time slot. Extended time is available at ₹200 per additional hour, subject to availability.
- Celebration Point reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone behaving in an inappropriate or disruptive manner.
Decoration & Add-ons
- All decorations are set up by our team as per the selected package. Custom requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Flower bouquets and props provided as part of add-ons are for use during the event only and must not be removed from the venue without permission.
- Any damage to decoration items or add-on props will be charged separately.
- Photoshoot and reel services (if booked) will be conducted by our staff. Final deliverables will be shared within the agreed timeframe.
Payment Terms
- Accepted payment methods: UPI, Debit/Credit Card (online advance), and Cash (balance at venue).
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Celebration Point is not responsible for any failed transactions due to third-party payment gateway issues. Please contact us immediately if a payment is deducted but not confirmed.
Privacy & Data
- Personal information collected during booking (name, email, phone) is used solely for booking management and communication purposes.
- We do not share your personal data with third parties except as required by law.
- By making a booking, you consent to receiving booking confirmation and event-related communications from us.
